The CaRMS team

CaRMS plays a vital role in Canada’s medical education system.

A national non-profit, we were established in 1970 to bring objectivity and transparency to the postgraduate residency training application and matching process. To fulfill this mandate, we work closely with the medical education community, medical schools, students and residents to provide the digital platform, mathematical algorithm, and expertise that matches students with the medical residency training they need to practice medicine in Canada.

  • Geneviève Leroux
    Geneviève Leroux Manager, Client Services

CaRMS is the best organization to work for! I have been here since 2011 and have had the chance to experience numerous different roles in the last eight years. The best part of working here is the endless opportunity for growth and change, allowing employees to unleash their best qualities and potential. Not only do I like my job, I love my job! And I love working with all the people here who are so dedicated and have committed to our work. I am so grateful to be part of such a wonderful team - this is the place to be!

  • Kelly Menard
    Kelly Menard Manager of Finance

I’ve worked for CaRMS for 18 years - first in client services and now as Manager of Finance - and I have watched CaRMS grow from a four-person company to a team of more than forty. I enjoy working for a company that has a vision to support the health care system in meeting the needs of Canadians.

CaRMS has invested in my professional growth and development and as a result I completed my mini MBA at McGill University, broadening my financial skills. I like working for a company that prioritizes learning and development and promotes a continuous improvement environment.
